Upon termination of your account for cause, taya77 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required compliance review.
You may close your taya77 account at any time by contacting the taya77 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
